Ingredients: Glycine, betaine hydrochloride, magnesium lactate, N-acetyl L-carnitine, taurine, D-ribose, N-acetyl L-cysteine, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, L-methylofolate calcium, methylcobalamin.
Recommended portion for consumption during the day: 1 sachet a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Methods of consumption: Dissolve the contents of the sachet in one glass of water or a glass of fruit juice. The beneficial result is when taking 1.5 g betaine per day (1 sachet). Daily intake of betaine exceeding 4 g may significantly increase cholesterol level in blood.
