Recommended portion for consumption during the day: Dissolve one scoop of powder (6.6 g) in 300-400 ml of water or juice and drink it 20 minutes before or 1-2 hours after the meal containing protein and fat. As a support for physical effort one may take extra portion (1 scoop) 30 minutes before the planned training. For better taste, best served chilled and shaken in shaker before the use.
