Ingredients: L-leucine, L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, coconut flavouring, L-methionine, sweetening agent: steviol glycosides, cream flavouring, L-tryptophan, anti-caking agent: sunflower lecithin.
Recommended portion for consumption during the day: Dissolve one sachet (6.6 g) in 300-400 ml of water water or other beverage and drink it 20 minutes before or 1-2 hours after the meal containing protein and fat. As a support for physical effort one may take extra portion (1 sachet) 30 minutes before the planned training. For better taste, best served chilled and shaken in shaker before the use.
