Ingredients: Coating material (beef gelatine), linseed oil, vitamin E (a mixture of tocotrienol and tocopherol), humectant (glycerol), vitamin K (menaquinone), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate).

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lanolin) 50 µg (2000 IU) (1000%*)

Recommended portion for consumption during the day: 1 capsule daily after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
